I’m a person who doesn’t like to write negative reviews. But today I feel that, as a customer, I have to say something about service. I have been to Honeycomb health food store a few times, and every time I leave the store feeling very annoyed by the manner in which the people working in the store serve the costumers. Today, I came in looking for s specific product. There are many products on the shelves. I could not find it. The clerk and another lady were chitchatting in whisper voices, after I came in. I was in the store for quite sometime, I attempted to make contact with the clerk to signal, I need help. The conversation between the clerk and the lady was way more interesting than the possibility to make a sale, I suppose, because it took another few minutes for me to get the clerk’s acknowledgment that I needed help. Finally, I decided to move closer to the two people, than the clerk asked, » did you find something? » I answered, « No, I didn’t! That’s way I’m standing here waiting to be served. » I was helped and I did spend quite a few dollars there, but I regret it. I find the whole situation regrettable. I think gossiping while a costumer is waiting is an insult and very rude. This business lost me as a costumer and as such I do not recommend this place to anyone who appreciates good costumer service.

Was hoping to find many health products including gluten free, vitamins or oils. I am proactive for my health, but not at expense of others. Disappointed not following provincial health guidelines, no masks by staff or customers. Walked out
